Mitchell was very curteous, helpful, and knowledgable, especially in a time of crisis. He took the time to explain how the facility operates and took me on a tour, as well as answering any questions I had. The one thing that was not explained when I called to make the reservation to a central phone number is that the unit is prorated and I thought I was paying for 1 month not 2 weeks. We are on a tight budget and took the 1/2 off first months rent as we only need the unit for a very short time as a result of flooding in the area from this week's storm.
